Located Elroy, Wis., Heritage Manor provides a full range of nursing services including a rehabilitation program, skilled nursing care, pharmaceutical services, and variety of other therapeutic services. It offers private and semiprivate accommodations and provides landscaped courtyard and several day rooms and parlors for visiting, playing games and private family gatherings. Its facility offers various settings for resident and family enjoyment.
