The theatre, restored in 1987, now serves as the Capitol Civic Centre, an 1,000-seat community performing arts center home to the annual Marquee Season and 13 resident companies.

The gem of the lakeshore. Newly renovated this theatre is host to a variety of high quality performances. Several local community performance groups call the CCC their home.
