C. Neilitz, Joseph DO

Eric Gowing, MD, specializes in personal rheumatology care and is board-certified in internal medicine and rheumatology and certified to read bone density scans. Dr. Gowing has a special interest in inflammatory arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis and vasculitis. Dr. Gowing earned a bachelor's of science degree from Michigan State University, and both his master's of science degree and medical degree from Wayne State School of Medicine in Detroit, Mich. Dr. Gowing served his internal medicine residency and rheumatology fellowship at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison. Dr. Gowing was born in 1968 and began practicing medicine in the Fox Valley in 2002. He is married with two children - a son and a daughter. In his personal time, he enjoys reading, playing the guitar, golfing and participating in family activities.

Cheryl Habeck, APNP, BC-FNP, ADM, CDE, provides comprehensive medical care and self-management training for patients with diabetes and other endocrine disorders. Cheryl earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Marian College, Fond du Lac, Wisc. She earned her Master of Science degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Cheryl is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and an advanced diabetes management provider. She is also a certified diabetes educator. I have personal and family experience dealing with diabetes management and insulin/insulin pump therapy on a daily basis.

Laura Andrews, MD, provides complete medical care for patients with diabetes and other endocrine disorders, with a special focus on thyroid, pituitary and bone diseases. Dr. Andrews works closely with diabetes educators/endocrine nurse practitioners. Dr. Andrews earned her medical degree from Medical College of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and served her internal medicine residency at Providence St. Vincent Hospital in Portland, Ore. She completed an endocrine fellowship at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland.
