Every time I go here I always get treated rudely. I start out by saying hello and good morning only to have a grunt back at me. My bagels were so burnt they were inedible. I had the staff answer...

Blindfold any of the 30 people waiting 30+ minutes in line. Give them no direction. They would still beat the service of this location.
