ROA founders Dr. Alan Fidler and Dr. Marcia Richards have since retired but under their leadership ROA grew to the current twelve radiation oncologists who provide services to ten Wisconsin cancer centers. ROA physicians collectively consult over three thousand three hundred Wisconsin residents annually and supervise the delivery of several thousands of radiation procedures yearly.
