Brett J Pariseau, MD

Dr. Agapov is board certified in ophthalmology. She obtained both her undergraduate and medical degrees from the Russian State Medical University. Upon moving to the US, she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then went on to complete an internship at the Nassau Universty Medical Center in East Meadow, New York and her residency at the Metro Health Hospital (a Michigan State University Consortium) in Grand Rapids, MI. Dr. Agapov completed her fellowship in gluacoma at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN.Dr. Agapov specializes in the treatment of glaucoma and also performs cataract surgery.Dr. Agapov is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Glaucoma Society, and the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology. She is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Madison Ophthalmologic Society.When she's away from the office, Dr. Agapov enjoys reading, tennis, and spending time with her family.

James Bell is board certified in ophthalmology. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Kenyon College in Gambier, OH and earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Louisville, KY. He completed his internship in internal medicine from the University of Utah Department of Internal Medicine in Salt Lake City, UT. He also completed his residency in ophthalmology and his fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery from the University of Utah Department of Ophthalmology-Salt Lake City.Dr. Bell participates in both clinic and surgery. His interests include diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal detachments, ocular inflammatory disorders, infections of the retina, and retinal artery and vein disorders.Bell is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retina Specialists.In his free time, Dr. Bell enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, swimming, downhill and cross-country skiing, and fishing. He also enjoys watching college sports and participating in local and international volunteer work.

Dr. Croasdale is board certified in ophthalmology. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Brown University and received his medical degree from the University of Michigan. He completed his internship at the University of North Carolina, his residency at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and his fellowship at the University of Minnesota.Dr Croasdales areas of interest include corneal transplants, external diseases, refractive surgery, and routine and complex cataract surgery.Dr. Croasdale was the first surgeon to implant the CUSTOMFLEX ARTIFICIALIRIS in WI. This procedure is designed to improve vision, photosensitivity symptoms and quality of life for patients with aniridia or other iris defects.Dr. Croasdale is a Diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology and the Associate Medical Director of the Lions Eye Bank of Wisconsin. He is also a member of the Cornea Society and the Christian Medical Association.For the past decade, Dr. Croasdale has worked with the Eye Bank Association of America on both the Medical Advisory and Accreditation Boards.Dr. Croasdale received an achievement award from the National Eye Institute of the National Institutes of Health for participation as an investigator for the national, multicenter, Cornea Donor Study.Since 2008 I have been assisting with the establishment of the Eye Bank of Paraguay in South America. My personal interests include playing saxophone at Faith Community Bible Church, gardening, ice hockey, and being a loving father to two daughters and husband to my wife, Laurie.
