This is a very plain bar. No character or flavor to it at all. If you really need a spotted cow on tap this is close enough to the MN line you can drive on over to sconnie and treat yourself...

I went here to watch the SuperBowl so my opinion may be based on a high excitement night, but I found the atmosphere to be inviting and I enjoyed the food and drinks.
