Since 2002, Birch Creek has been providing assisted living care to the senior citizens of De Pere. Based in Wisconsin, it is a licensed Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF). The center offers services, such as medication administration, activities programming, exercise programs, house keeping, laundry as well as building security. Additionally, it provides three meals a day, carries out personal health monitoring and personal care assistance services.
