Just discovered BiG Os today! The only regret is that we didn't find it sooner. We had sausage plate and chicken plate and all the sides. And Otis (Big O) gave us a sample of their brisket chili....

Went to Big Os twice in a week with a friend and had the brisket sandwich. On the first visit, the sandwich was excellent. However on the second visit the brisket sandwich was about half fat....
