Wheel chair accessibility. There's a free breakfast but it's down stairs...there's a pool, but it's downstairs....there is no elevator. How is this legal?

Noisy. No regard for guests. Screaming kids in pool until midnight. Indoor pool is unsupervised and rules unenforced so don't plan on sleeping!
