Bought a 7 pound ribeye roast for 13.99 a pound. Tough as nails. We cut two 1/12 inch steaks off it a cooked as we would from Costco/Becks steaks. Very tough. Even the fat was tough. Like a Chuck...

We'd been going here for years but never again. Sent my wife to pick up eight 10oz Ribeyes. Got four 16oz ribeye cut in half. Called them up and dude had the gall to to argue that this is normal....
