I am pretty surprised at the bad reviews. Every time I go in here, all workers are extra polite and helpful when I have tried to find things. I understand not all experiences are the same....

Went to The store today tried to purchase a book but they had NO CASHIERS at the register at the mall side of the store. No sign saying you needed to go to the back registers. No employees...
