The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Workforce Health program promotes workplace health and safety, with a full range of occupational medicine services available to a variety of organizations. Froedtert West Bend Workforce Health Occupational Medicine Clinic located in West Bend, Wis., outside Milwaukee, Wis., offers employees acute work injury treatment, follow-up care, physical exams, drug and alcohol testing and more. Our comprehensive occupational rehabilitation program is an important link between the initial acute work injury management and return to work.

Aurora Advanced Healthcare was formed with an affiliation agreement between Advanced Healthcare and Aurora Health Care in 2007. The company is a group of more than 240 health care providers and operates from more than 15 clinics throughout Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington and Waukesha counties in southeastern Wisconsin. Its clinics specialize in the areas of audiology, dermatology, endocrinology, oncology, hematology, nephrology, neurology, ophthalmology and gastroenterology. Aurora Advanced Healthcare s imaging services department provides a variety of diagnostic scanning procedures, including X-ray, fluoroscopy, CT scan, MRI, ultrasound and bone density testing. In addition, its clinics offer genetic counseling and nuclear medicine. Aurora Advanced Healthcare s clinics administer the Aurora Freedom 55+ program. Its clinics also provide skilled nursing and physical therapy solutions.

SSM Health Pharmacy, located on S. Stoughton Road in Madison, Wisconsin, is a full-service pharmacy accepting prescription refill requests 24 hours a day. Refills may be picked up at any of our SSM Health Pharmacy locations or mailed to your home. Upon request, a call is made to you once your order is ready.
