Who doesn't love pretzels? Fast service although staff didn't greet me. It was warm and doughy. I started eating while walking towards my car and was able to take the picture when I stop eating.

Pretzels are standard but for some reason the staff wasn't as friendly as the other reviews make them out to be-- maybe just timing for us!

What happened? Your products used to be so good hot fresh buttery . Your mini dogs were hard rubbery and gross. Service was fast food level. Place was clean but gosh you guys have slipped.

Used to consistently be irresistibly warm, buttery, soft, chewy, delicious. Remain pricey - with a smell that's hard to resist. Intend to permanently resist due to Lousy, sub-par Customer...
