Went to add a line to our plan. Saw Ryan... Could not have been less helpful. Had animal hair all over sweatshirt, greasy hair, dandruff, and seemed to have just woken up. Helping a customer...

No iphone 6 products available for 3 weeks. Rude salesperson said he needed to keep my cell as "collateral" for "2-3 weeks" while an iPhone was ordered for me, so that my coupon could be honored...

Good internet when it works which is barely they come out "fix" it and then a few days later it continually cuts out again. Sometimes for a few minutes other times for a whole day. Only reason...
