The staff are rude, careless, and unqualified to work in healthcare. They went of their way to make this expensive trip a completely worthless endeavor.

No matter what floor you go to. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking, easy access to elevators and restrooms and plenty of seating room.
