Cadie L. Roszak, APNP, is with Ascension Medical Group. She believes in using a collaborative approach to provide optimal care while supporting education, disease prevention, medical management and treatment plans. She educates patients on heart disease and makes them an active participant in their medical care and decision-making process. Outside of the office, Cadie enjoys attending Milwaukee festivals and bike-riding with her three children and husband.
