HistoryRoots Salon was founded in Brookfield, WI in 2007. Our vision was to try and create a salon experience that every client deserves. We believed that if we could consistently deliver great customer service at all aspects of the client experience that new clients would want to come back. We felt that a client's experience was touched by all team members and we needed to develop a culture around education and teamwork. Our dedication to creating a great team and delivering great customer service in the salon industry has been the backbone of our growth. We've grown from 1 team member at our original Brookfield location to over 70 team members across 3 locations. We expanded to the Greendale Village, a brand new salon in Brookfield, and most recently our new salon in Oak Creek.
