Was not properly explained that personal training cannot be transferred between locations. Their contract seems purposely vague on this issue and they do not address it when signing up....

They told my wife she had 30 days to cancel if she decided it wasn't for her and when she tried to cancel 14 days later they changed their mind and showed her on the back of the contract it says...
