I will qualify this by saying the providers are fantastic. The company, however, is poorly run. Expect at least one "no show" per week. Expect a lot of apologies from the schedulers. Expect...

I would give this company a zero but not possible. We had set up care for my parents and received calls two hours after they were supposed to show up and was told nobody would be there . Twice...
