Alfredo F. Mendoza, MD

His interests include diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal detachments, ocular inflammatory disorders, infections of the retina, and retinal artery and vein disorders. Bell is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retina Specialists. In his free time, Dr. Bell enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, swimming, downhill and cross-country skiing, and fishing. He also enjoys watching college sports and participating in local and international volunteer work.

Joe Hughes, PA-C, is a board certified physician assistance practicing in cardiology. He sees patients at SSM Health Heart and Vascular Care in Janesville, Wisconsin.
