I started AJ Sue Consulting in 2010 after spending 20+ years learning and working in retail. In my retail years, I learned that everything is retail: provide a service/product...show them the benefit...price/negotiate for mutual value...transact to make the world a better place. From this foundation I have focused and tuned my business coaching and coaching guy services to be ever more valuable to small business...because I love small business and because small business people deserve to have powerful help without all the mumbo jumbo and crazy consultant-y stuff that makes the big business world crazy.
