Adam B. Levin, MD

Dr. Mikulec is an obstetrics and gynecology physician. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health-Madison. She completed her residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics-Madison. Dr. Mikulec's practice is focused on women's reproductive health, low and high-risk obstetrics, abnormal uterine bleeding, contraception, and adolescent gynecology. She has a specific interest in minimally invasive surgery including laproscopy, robotics, and hysteroscopy. Dr. Mikulec is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. In her free time, Dr. Mikulec enjoys being outdoors, hiking, running, cooking, baking, reading, and going to concerts.

Kristy Fitzpatrick is a board certified pediatric medicine physician. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and earned her medical degree at Loyola University of Chicago Stritch College of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health-Madison. Fitzpatrick's practice is focused on sports medicine and includes cross-training guidance in childhood to prevent overuse injuries. She is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics. In her free time, Dr. Fitzpatrick enjoys volleyball, international travel, and outdoor recreation, such as camping and hiking.

Dr. Kostelyna is board certified in internal medicine. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and received his medical degree from the Loyola University in Chicago. He also completed his internship and residency at Loyola University. Trained in internal medicine, Dr. Kostelyna primarily cares for the geriatric population. He specializes in geriatrics, nursing home care, and hospice care. He is also a Medical Director for SSM Health at Home Hospice Services. In his time away from work, Dr. Kostelyna enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys physical fitness, travel, stocks, and the financial markets.
