I was a Public Defender from 2002 through 2013, and then in November of 2013, I opened up my own private law office.

I am mainly a Criminal defense lawyer. I have specialized in this area since 2002. I was a Public Defender in Hilo, Hawaii from 2002 until 2013, and then I went into private practice. I have done other civil matters, but I just don't care so much about money, I care about a person's freedom. So defending people who are charged with criminal offenses I am able to do with a passion.
