Horrible! Terrible customer service. Please go to another store. I went for pay a bill and could not pay it because I didn't have the pin # for a nursing home resident. Shame on them.

The staff member I worked with today didn't seem to want to work today. Not helpful in explaining situation nor customer friendly.

The store manager Mike wasn't helpful and put other customers in front of people who came in and were waiting patiently. Very distasteful and that shows they have no care for the customers times....
