The staff are all very hard workers that take a lot of unnecessary crap from customers!! I've been going here since the doors opened for the first time! I will defend this store everyday! Keep up...

Kiera was just rude and has no customer service skills. Your literally paid to be friendly, your job isn't hard. I hope its just a bad day. Wasn't even busy AT all!!!

Horrible location. Never go there on the weekend you'll be waiting an hour for your mobile order and that's an hour after you've arrived at the location to pick it up. I waited 40 mins for 1 hot...

Drinks are watered down and staff are super rude! Stay away & head to the REAL Starbucks inside of Martin's on Foxcroft. This crew is top notch.

I really like this Starbucks. There are only two in Martinsburg and this one is located inside Target. It's very convenient. I came this morning to get an Iced Caramel Macchiato and do some work...
