I asked for a long layer...she cut 8 inches off my hair and only cut it straight across!!! This place should be shut down!!!!!!!!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!

Shane has done my hair for 16+ years!!! I love him!!! I drive over an hour every 5 weeks for my color and cut faithfully!! I'd never go anywhere else or to anyone else, I've tried, very bad...
