Update: I've eaten here several times and gotten the Gele Mountain Chicken, mutton with vegetables (there are bones) from the Chinese portion of the menu. Keep in mind to not eat the schezuan red...

Very authentic and huge menu. The server was very knowledgeable about the menu and help us pick out our dishes. This is buffet style food this is legit and hand made in the back of the kitchen....
