Founded in 1928, Seneca Caverns is one of the largest caverns in West Virginia. The cavern has a gift shop that provides shirts, hat magnets, dolls, toys, key rings, glasses and cups. Its restaurant offers dinner options for campers and travelers. The cavern s restaurant features a dining room and porch with tables, chairs and rockers. Seneca Caverns also provides mining opportunities for gemstones, such as rose quartz, gold, rubies and emeralds. The cavern offers recreational opportunities for families and naturalists. It features a mini golf facility and picnic area. In addition, the cavern provides reservation options for pavilions. Seneca Caverns hosts school filed trips.
