Company Profile Just Right Homecare was founded by Janice Ross, RN, in 2004 in a small downtown Wheeling office. Because the agency grew rapidly, an office with more space was necessary. As a result, the agency expanded into its current location in Elm Grove in 2006.We provide in-home homemaking and personal care services to those in need, whether you need assistance at home short term, after surgery or the birth of a baby, or long term, to spend your golden years in your own home.We maintain quality care by employing Registered Nurses to assess your needs, develop a plan of care and oversee the care provided by our homemakers in your home. All employees must pass our rigorous background check, including fingerprinting and employment referencing. Pre-employment and ongoing monthly training programs including competency testing are provided by the agency.Some agencies are too big to know you personally.
