Presidential Investigations was established when John Fink decided to start his own company after working as an Investigator with Hewett and Associates. Allen Hewett was a valuable mentor and played a major role in the training John Fink received. John also holds two degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Shepherd University.

Specialties

My business conducts bail bonding in Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan Counties. We also conduct private investigations for criminal, civil, and domestic cases. Surveillance on workers compensation cases and fidelity situations are our speciality. We also serve court notices, subpoenas, and other documents in plain clothes. This method is much more discreet than uniformed law enforcement. Executive and VIP security is also a service we provide.
