New Manchester Volunteer Fire Department

Incorporated in 1953, the New Manchester Volunteer Fire Department provides fire protection and emergency services. It maintains a fleet of tankers, engines and fire trucks. The department also has carbon monoxide detectors, portable fir extinguishers and smoke detectors. The New Manchester Volunteer Fire Department maintains a more than 2,000-square-foot facility that can accommodate over 125 guests for several formal and informal events, such as weddings, receptions, birthday, graduation parties, family reunions and meetings. It offers rental services for hall that features a kitchen. The department also owns and operates a fleet of ventilation fans, ladders, suction tubes, generators and portable tank pumpers. The New Manchester Volunteer Fire Department is located in New Manchester, W.Va.
