This is the best Chinese place for the best price in Martinsburg. I don't know why anyone would think anything other.... Unless of course you don't have teeth then you don't want your stuff made...

Worst Chinese I've ever had. $30 down the drain. Crab Rangoon: the worst, when I opened the container of steamed dumplings it had a smell, wasn't sure if it was bad and the shrimp with lobster...
