Stasi Longo owns Sonshine Fitness LLC and is certified through the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT). She has managed health clubs and fitness centers all over the tri-state area since 1980. Stasi has over 30 years of experience in personalizing fitness training programs for every type of client, from beginners to professional athletes. Stasi graduated with honors from Slippery Rock State College. She completed the Nautilus Sports Medical Industries Training and Management program in Florida. In addition she was a Pro Natural Bodybuilder and holds many bodybuilding titles in several drug free sanctioned organizations. She was the 1998 WNBF PRO Natural MS. Universe Overall Champion. Stasi has served as a competition Judge, Head Judge, National and Pro Head Judge since 1991 for 10 drug free bodybuilding organizations. She has been featured in numerous news articles as well as international and national magazines. Stasi has been a regular featured guest on many Pittsburgh television talk shows due to her drug free body building achievements, fitness, diet & nutrition knowledge and expertise. She has also been an OCB Contest Promoter since 2006.
