Mountain Top Pilates was established in April of 2015. The studio is owned and operated by Kaity Goldsmith, and it features the newest Balanced Body Equipment. She offers group classes, as well as private instruction and private groups.

Specialties

Our business specializes in the classical pilates repertoire. Using Balanced Body University training and equipment to help clients at all ages and fitness levels reach their goals. We offer private and small group sessions as well as group classes. Some of our equipment besides Pilates Mat includes Reformers, Chairs, Spring Boards, Arcs, Orbits and a Cadillac and so much more!
