Stopped in the quicklane for an oil change, they were able to fit me in to a 1:30 time slot. The staff was limited due to the holiday. Very nice waiting room, quick service.

Service department broken. Vehicle was there for 9 days for a three hour job. Apparently when you schedule a service drop off they put you behind everyone that walks in after you. Horrible...
