"The mission of the McDowell County CVB is to promote tourism outside McDowell County, WV and serve tourists traveling for both business and recreation, aid in advertising for local businesses and more importantly to showcase everything that McDowell County has to offer. We are located in beautiful historic downtown Welch, WV in the Jack Caffrey Arts and Cultural Center. McDowell County has 2 Hatfield and McCoy trails Indian Ridge and Warrior. We also have connectors to Pinnacle Trail and Pocahontas Hatfield and McCoy Trail and a connector to the Pocahontas Spearhead trail in VA.
