Las Trancas Elkins

We had a great experience at Las Trancas Elkins. When we arrived, the host seated us immediately. The server very quickly came with water. The chips were great though the salsa was a bit bland....

Just plain boring food and service. Ordered the premium guacamole and it was 2/3 pico de gallo with very little avocado. The fajitas were just mid at best. The Chile Colorado was fairly good...

Highly recommend... I am kinda hard to please with Mexican food, and they completely nailed it... the tri-color enchiladas were fantastic and everyone was very hospitable... :)
