Very fun winery with tons of fruit wines to choose from. Will happily return. You can also buy premade charcuterie type snacks if you didn't bring any.

Kirkwood is truly worth visiting if you are in the area. Keep in mind where you are, West Virginia. Yes, they mainly focus on fruity wines, Some might say for a less defined palate. Harsh reviews...

their wine just is not good. They focus on fruity wines that remind me of Strawberry Hill. Even their Risling resembled a fruit wine, sickningly sweet. Service was nice enough, and did not try...
