Good not great Chinese food at a very reasonable price. It's $1 for a large egg roll. Which you can't beat. We order from here at least twice a month and not disappointed thus far.

Food and cost is good. The place need a lift even if it is only takeout/delivery, gives a bad impression for those who takeout.
