Totally positive experience! Victoria was an excellent waitress! Food was fresh, hot and tasty. One of the cleanest dining rooms of any IHOP I've ever visited. Highly recommend.

Excellent food. Service was good. Bathrooms were dirty. Would recommend this IHOP if you can live with the dirty bathrooms.

The service was good although short staffed. The waitress was rewarded for her efforts. I got the eggs Benedict meal and the sauce was thin and flavorless like right out of a can. I ate only two...
