( PACE is the acronym for Personnel, Army, Corps of Engineers. ) Over the years, the area of membership has expanded to include the employee's spouse, their children, and any family member, either by blood or marriage. PACE Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative, owned, controlled, and operated for the benefit of its members in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. A Board of Directors is elected from the membership by the members and has the general direction and control of the credit union affairs.
