I paid $130 for a tool with the extended warranty that was defective the first time I used it. I tried taking it back to the store after the cashier told me to bring it back if there was an issue...

I purchased an item and it was found be to be defective the first time I used it. When I returned the item to the store I was told it was company policy to charge a restock fee. a restock fee!!...

The employees are lazy it take 5 mins to get what I want and 45mins to pay for it. Many times I set my stuff down and leave.

Need to update hours on the door. Showed up at 7:15pm and store is locked up. Multiple signs state open til 8pm on the door. Guess I'm going elsewhere for what I need.
