Our gym specializes in Combat Sports, such as Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai / Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts. We also specialize in Self Defense and Combatives (Filipino Kali, Jeet Kune Do, and Gutter Fighting) for men, women and children. We offer programs for ages 6 and up. We want you to have a fun and exciting activiety to stay in shape and help you defend yourself and your family should the need arise, and to be able to compete at a higher level if you wish to pursue competition. We have 5 Brazilain Jiu-Jitsu black belts in-house, National Champion Boxers, MMA fighters, Skilled and Tested Coaches, NRA and MALC certifed instructors for firearms, and PFS certified trainers for edged weapons and Rapid Assault Tactics. We are also home to the Rough Kitty Women's Self Defense program, which has become the gold standard for self defense training in the state and region.
