I'm just trying to reach a live person at the bus station in Charleston West Virginia every number I have connects me to an Indian lady who doesn't understand Southern!!!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. And if you look at my Yelp reviews, the majority are overwhelmingly positive. Not Greyhound. I would strongly recommend steering clear of them at all...

some of the buses are nasty and don't have locks on the bathroom doors not good at all
