Very bad experience. Not customer friendly at all. Claim to have online banking but lock your account and require password changes every month. Also sent a notification that they were changing...

Best bank in Buckhannon. Very friendly, helpful staff and very prompt service. Need something quickly? Just ask. They always give great service.
