The Family Service of Marion and Harrison Counties is a private, nonprofit organization that offers a range of social services. The agency has been providing counseling and home health care services. It has been in operation since 1960 and serves Taylor and Wetzel counties in West Virginia. The agency also provides personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry and grocery shopping services. The Family Service of Marion and Harrison Counties counsels individuals suffering from anxiety, depression and marital problems. In addition, it provides Anger and stress management services. The Family Service of Marion and Harrison Counties accepts donations from individuals and institutions.

Through various recreational and social programs the center and its staff will provide an atmosphere to support the out-of-class experience as part of the total educational process while advancing the institutional mission and supporting college persistence.
