The Law Office of Jay Gerber has been providing legal services to the West Virginia and Ohio area for over ten years. Jay was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, and raised in St. Marys, West Virginia. He is a 2001 graduate of Marietta College and a 2004 graduate of WVU College of Law. Jay was licensed to practice law in West Virginia in 2004 and in Ohio in 2011. His firm has represented the men, women, and children of the Mid-Ohio Valley in personal injury, criminal, and general civil litigation cases. In the course of his work, Jay has won numerous criminal and civil jury trials. Jay has practiced law in over a dozen counties in West Virginia and Ohio as well as the Southern and Northern District Federal Courts.
