History

We started CrossFit Never Give Up (CFNGU) in 2013. My husband wanted a change from Corporate America and after a lot of prayer, we left the Corporate world and we moved back home to WV. We started CFNGU in our garage and it quickly grew. Now, we are located in a building over 14,000 square feet and we offer more than CrossFit. Our motto is Have Faith Work Hard Never Give Up. We live by this motto and this business has definitely been filled with purpose. Our favorite thing to hear is how this gym has changed people's lives. That is our goal and purpose. Thankful we get to be in it every day.

24 Hour Open Gym. They have multiple options for classes including the traditional CrossFit style (Warm Up, Strength, WoD, Cool Down). There isn't any ego lifting here and people are happy to...
