History
C&G Jerk 1st started on a roadside with a bag of seasoned chicken, a grill, and 1 Jamaican man. Since that time Chris (the Jamaican man) was able to expand into jerking chicken at festivals; where he began to build a following. This lead to Shepherd University offering a contract for Chris to jerk Chicken at every home football game. Shepherd University is where he met Jennifer and Brian, owners of the Black Dog Coffee shop, who requested that Chris jerk Chicken at the Black Dog Coffee Company and offer their patrons a meal. After a trip to Jamaican Brian and Jennifer joined Chris in a vision to open a Jamaican Jerk Center in America.
